Cancellation of My account with First National Bank

My account was frozen since May 2022 for suspicion of ***** which a client used a card to buy at my business and i have comp**** with the bank's investigation,in June 2022 the investigating officer from the bank told me my account will be unfrozen because the investigation has been concluded but till now my account is still frozen. I pleaded with the bank several times to close my account since i don't get any help from them they just take me from pillar to post. All i need is to cancel my Frozen Business account with First National Bank.
