Cancellation of email statements
Last month FNB advised via SMS that they would no longer be sending out monthly statements via email and it would be necessary for clients with credit cards to download the detail from their web site. This is without doubt a problem for many people and after making complaint on this site I was contacted by an agent from FNB who promised that because of my age they would continue emailing the statement. This has NOT happened!!
