CANCELLATION OF CESSION

FNB BUSINESS, PUBLIC SECTOR BANKING II have requested a cancellation of cession letter. Except for receiving meaningless internal e-mails from them, nothing is done. I tried phoning the telephone numbers and boxes are full, not answered, put down in my ear, etc. I cannot get hold of them.
