cancellation not done

i want the gold cheque card cancelled, why charge me for something i long cancelled .<br> <br> i refuse to pay for it , someone call me and settle this cancellation , i spoke to Emily she tells me to pay and cancel but why charge me for something i long cancelled ,i don't even have the card anymore .<br> <br>
