Cancellation documents

I have been trying to obtain cancellation documents for my funeral policy indicating all the insured lives i had on my policy for the beginning of this month all of them that was cancelled during the month. FNB keeps on sending me the incorrect details. I have sent various emails to the customer service, I have sent to their complaints department and they reply I must give them that but they not answering my question. They not resolving my query, this is not a complicated request,

it is extremely frustrating to waste my time like on such a simple query. The records cant disappears from their system. I expected show much better from FNB. Its extremely disgusting that they can’t resolve such a simple request and dont even deserve this one star
