Cancellation and moving to a better bank.

Good day

Please assist me with the bad service I had today at FNB pavilion. The service is very bad at the branch. Please check your records and CCTV FOOTAGE. 09/05/25 at 11.15 am .

I was greeted and dealt with attitude. The lady at the ticket box told me they will sms the ticket number which I forgot and she did mention the ticket number but said they will send it to me via sms . I was waiting for no reason while the bank was empty and then I was decided to walked out . The lady told me BUT I TOLD YOU YOUR TICKET NUMBER when I asked her about my sms which I havent received till now ???. I wasn't even stopped when I walked out. Worst bank ever.

My card expires today that's why I went to the I will transfer money to another bank.

For a branch is such a major mall its pathetic.
