Canceling My Life Insurance With the Most ********* Bank

FNB has been wasting my time for months now. THEY have asked and offered for me to consolidate all my home loans into 1 for a beneficial rate. After completing stacks of documents, they declined my application... after they suggested I make one.

Then they said I could remove my approved Future use amount after paying of their nightmare Covid "relief". So I paid off the R50k, and then when I requested the Future Use amount that was approved, I was again- declined.

I also used their ewallet service. No pin was sent to the requester, so I requested the transaction be cancelled because I then needed to make other arrangements. FNB then wanted to charge me R50 as a fee, for wanting to cancel a R200 transaction... really?! Does a 25% charge fee make sense to you FNB?!

Now, the final straw with them wasting my time is the life cover that I have through them. I no longer need it, because I have found a better service provider- now all they do is ignore my requests to cancel, and just keep debiting my account.

FNB- just cancel my life insurance. I've had it with you. I'm moving to another bank.
