Cancelation of homeloan debit order and reversal

I have tried so many times to cancel debit order with FNB homeloan but they keep on disappointing. I have sent the request in January for debit order cancelation on my bond account because my employer is debating direct from my monthly salary. On the 2nd of February I received a confirmation that the debit order was canceled and I will be refunded the amount that was debited in January. The refund was done but the debit order is continuing now. I need you to assist with debit order and reversal of debit order fees in my account. Your service is very poor
