Cancelation not done
I had canceled a policy on the app like 3 months ago but today they direct debited on my account twice, I tried calling them went through cancelation but had to wait approximately 45 minutes on the line after I have been transferred from 1 agent to the next and what these people don't understand is that it's my money I'm entitled to it hence this stupid plan of theirs was canceled, I want my money

03 Mar 2021, 09:09Fnb is a headache I've been trying to do a reversal on a policy that I had canceled been transferred from one agent to the next and to top it off some agents will just cut the tlcall or transfer me to another agent after being told to hold they still checking something on my account I've had it with FNB
