Cancelation costs

Called in and confirmed canceling the bond . Notification received there is no need to give notice any longer and we should proceed. Now the attorney comes back with a fee of R19000 plus . I called fnb and they tell me there's still a cancelation fee applicable. Fnb is really false advertising the cancelation process . Now I have the bond on hold to correct this . Fnb gives no service to certain customers. And they staff is highly confused on the process . I await rectification .
