CANCEL THIS DEBIT ORDER ALREADY AND REFUND MY MONEY - THIS LOAN HAS BEEN SETTLED IN JULY ALREADY!!!

Since 26 July 2024 this is my 3rd Review on FNB regarding the same issue. Each month an unnecessary debit order of R500 is taken from my bank account for a PERSONAL LOAN *** which has been settled in full on 26 July 2024 and I have received a paid up letter from FNB. This account is still not closed after requesting it over and over and over and over....the debit orders still just keep getting taken and it takes me a whole ****** month to try to get my money refunded. I just get re-escalated to FNB's legal department, which clearly doesn't exist because no one has contacted me since I have been repeatedly emailing them since 2 September 2024. I have sent my bank statement as proof that the debit order was taken, I hope I don't have to send FNB their paid up letter to prove that the account has been settled in full. I just want this account closed and this debit order mandate removed from my Absa Bank account - I can't do it myself, I have tried over and over, the mandate must be removed by FNB themselves. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP, THE DEBIT ORDER REMOVED AND I WANT THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED AS IN JULY ALREADY!!! The fact that I have to post Hello Peter Reviews just to get FNB to get in contact with me as a ****** pain in my ass!!
