Cancel this arrears payment arrangement! My account is up to date!

FNB, it’s month 2 now of being charged for the personal loan arrears that I have paid off already. The first month I was told I’m still being charged because I didn’t call to cancel the arrangement of which I then cancelled. Now month 2 you are still charging me! I have obviously not budgeted for this and I keep being charged for lack of funds for a debit order! Please pay me back my charges money and cancel this debit order. My account is up to date and this is pure ****ming now. I have called twice and spoke to Olga from collections who has twice hanged up on me and not call back even though she has heard my issue is!
