Cancel share saver

Hi. I would like to cancel my share saver account- tried sending an email and calling a few times it just rings and no answer. I spoke to a customer care consultant who didn't even bother to call me back after my airtime cut. I finished my airtime twice trying to get someone to help me. Kindly cancel the share saver account. And please make this process easier for others as it is a hassle to get a hold of someone and at least call back of the call drops. That is really poor service that you guys can't even call back. Not sure why this option is not available on the app.
