Cancel Funeral Cover

I would like for my funeral cover to be closed please. I recently opened a cheque account with the bank and I was advised that I will have to take one of the additional products in which I did agree to and it was of no fault to the consultant however I did not wish to continue this funeral cover as I am wanting to upgrade my cheque account and I would like for this to be canceled immediately. I did send an email to FNB funeral cover and up till now I am yet to receive a response. It is not a complaint however I wish for it to be canceled with immediate effect.
