Can you GET an ebucks card?

Update on getting replacement ebucks card. Tried to order on line as instructed by very nice customer service lady who called me after my complaint. No success. Went to Benmore Gardens branch assisted by Lucy. But Lucy didn’t follow through, bit arrogant and dismissive. Called e bucks from bank & still couldn’t succeed. Long story short, it seems you cannot complete your request on a cell phone screen. Finally helped in the branch by pleasant man Nhlanulo. Good courier service notifications, efficient, THEN four cards arrived! Phoned customer care yet again. Finally Boitunelo pleasantly & efficiently (hopefully) completed the process. Let’s see if the card works.
