Can they do ANYTHING right???

I took up a car and insurance policy with FNB insurance with a November start date, gave FNB banking details which they didn't apply, debited the wrong account and cancelled my insurance. The insurance was reinstated for November and December.

I then cancelled my insurance with the last day being 31/12, called FNB to confirm if it was actioned and had to forward my mail to Dorcas Chauke again then received confirmation of cancellation with an end date of 30/12. Emailed Dorcas and the fnbinsurancebrokers address requesting that the cover be updated to end at 31/12 as initially requested, no response has been received .

This morning I receive notification that a debit order of R200 more than the premium has gone off in respect of the car insurance policy: what is this for when I'm still waiting for Tyron Govindsamy to advise for a refund of the bank charges I was charged for FNB debiting off the incorrect account l?

FNB Insurance's service is a bad joke: no one seems to know how to do anything right. I will NEVER insure anything with them again!
