Can't wait to close these accounts

I have signing power on my Mothers account, but needed to change the cell no for notifications to mine, i could not do it unless my mom came with me, She is 85 years old battles to walk, anyhow i brought her in to the branch, waited 45 minutes to see a consultant,Only to get told i need a copy of my water and lights account. Off i go with my mom in tow to fetch the account, we now have to wait 95 minutes to see a consultant.
I then signed for my card which i had to wait 5 days for, promising me that i can do internet banking.
i tried to log in and register and cannot, back to the bank i go, wait another hour for a consultant, only to be told i cannot log into banking with this card, my mother must register with her card.
Off i go to my mother only to find that her card expired in 2013 as she never ever has drawn cash and only uses cheques in the bank to get money.
i Now have to try and get her to the bank to renew her debit card, so that i can do their internet banking.
I am so disgusted with the service at FNB, that believe me every account, trust and share portfolio will be closed very soon.
Is this the way you treat customers with over 60 years of service,
