Can't help but feel FNB *****ed me over
I have been a client of FNB since 2007 when I started studying. I completed my masters in 2012. Since then I have been working and I remained with FNB, impressed by their service, their passion and their benefits. I was upgraded to platinium (now premier) I even have a homeloan with and even though their rate was not the best, I trusted them.

But as of lately it is becoming more difficult to overlook that all their marketing strategies, free slow lounge acces, uptime, client-bank relations have dropped their standard DRAMATICALLY. Slow lounges started as an amazing reward, then you had limited visits, and then you had less visits, and now you MUST have a cheque AND credit card to even access it. They where fishing with rewards, and now I as a client (who does not need a credit card whatsoever) have access to nearly none of my rewards I signed up for.

When getting a homeloan, they told me I can renegotiate in about 6 months for a revised repo-rate. And now, I can't seem to reach anyone to renegotiate with!? Premier suite of bankers? Non-existent and uninformed. I am seriously planning on moving my portfolio. FNB will have to do somethg drastic for me to regain their trust.
