Can't get a business account opened in 2 months!

<p>What false advertising! Easy to open a bsuienss account. Hassle free. Yes, the first consultant phones you within minutes after requesting a new account on internet and there it ends. They send you ******* files you can't print to sign and return, tehn must fix that first, cards are issued wrong, then the cards must be re-issued but nobody orders it, people on helpline take your number as couriers and online lines are very busy and they'll promise to phone you back but don't, then cards don't get delivered, online banking can't register you as the system indicates your cards are on their way. 2 Months and we can't pay salaries, see if clients paid, can't pay our suppliers, nothing. Really pathetic. We've instructed them to close our aco**** today. All they did was to waste 2 months of our time and embarassed us with our staff and suppliers. Avoid yourself a lot of frustrations and go to another bank. </p>
