can't email early termination confirmation

I find it shocking in this day and age that FNB Homeloans cannot send an email confirmation that early bond termination has been advised. I was very curtly advised that this is not done that I have his name and surname (well I only got his name after asking twice not his surname) and that I will be sent a call reference number which is enough. I like things confirmed in writing - I find it unacceptable that this cannot be done. As a client who has never missed a payment and who holds other accounts with FNB its a crying shame to be dealt with like this!<br>
