Can't do a basic title change

I recently opened a FNB cheque account. My personal details were already on the system as I had an account for my student loan, which was opened in 1985. Obviously my addresses, telephone numbers and my title had changed in the interim. My student loan was for my studies for Veterinary Science at Pretoria University (which should also be on record?!). Upon graduating we are known by the title \Dr"but despite it being ok to change my other details"
