Can't close overdraft facility with ease

I easily app**** through online banking for an overdraft facility, which took seconds to get. Now that I want to cancel this facility I have been told that I have to go into the bank branch to cancel it. This is a real inconvenience especially that I have to wait in queues to see someone. It's so easy to get credit but so difficult to cancel it. <br> <br> I want to be able to cancel this facility over the phone or online and not have to go into the branch.<br> <br>
