Can't close account
I went into the FNB Cresta branch on Saturday to close my credit card. After a consultation I was informed that I couldn't close my account in the branch and was given a number to call. I've tried numerous times but the number is always engaged. I attempted to get help from the website contact sheet, but no one has contacted me. I want to close my account - please can someone help.
