CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I parted ways with Fnb on the 30th of May 2016. On the 31st of May Southdale Ops Manager Lynette Ackerman went into my account and changed my account to one of her choice without my consent. When I received an msu2 I rep**** poor and no one bothered to call to find out why I rated them poor like they will normally do with other poor rate response. I called ***** to report what happened and they told me someone from Southdale changed my sub product. I was then called by the HR department agent with Southdale management to apologise on behalf of the OPS Manager. When I asked who gave her the right to access my account without me knowing about it and asked for a report to see what she actually did in my account they picked up that two other staff members had accessed my account and they shifted everything to one unlucky guy who was dismissed in few days. No one came back to me to tell me why the guy accessed my account, and to tell me what action will be taken against the OPS Manager who accessed and change my sub without even explaining the terms of the account. They asked me which account I will prefer and made me sign an internal document /report which contained other clients’ information of which I believe the confidentiality of our information with the bank was/is being compromised and can be seen by anyone.</p> <p><br /> On the 22 August 2016 I received an SMS saying R1322.10 was reserved for purchase of which I know nothing of, my card was in my possession, when I checked my account I realised it was more than one unauthorised transaction. I reported the matter and still waiting for the outcome while my account remain in excess and getting charged for unpaid debit orders. My policies and debit orders are badly affected. How safe is my account with the bank or it could be that my information was seen by other clients as well? Or those who accessed it without my consent gave my information away? Please tell me what is exactly going on? F ********** </p>
