Can someone please assist

I have made numerous phone calls to FNB Loans pleading with them to suspend interest chargers on personal loans... Adding further interest would not help me in my present financial difficulties, and would only increase my total debt. If interest charges continue, the monthly installments I am paying will not even cover that interest. I would, therefore, be grateful if you would consider..This would mean that the monthly payments I make would actually reduce the amount I owe. I also received SMS notification stating that CPP insurance has lapsed which is not? I fail to understand why is it still active as I’m not covered should anything to me?
