Can someone just funding call since your lines don't work

I've insured my cars with this ***** bank,the last time I had a claim they tried nonsense not to cover my vehicle's extras after it was ******,now I've been trying to get hold of them to update the regular driver and night time address,their number just ring once and hung,it's hard to trust this company,get someone useful to call me and take down details just so you don't avoid paying incase something happens to my car
