Can someone help or must I approach Carte Blanche

With a bank with a Slogan - "How can we help you?"

This is seriously not the case here, I am at the end of my rope, I don''t know what to do anymore......

I am supposed to be paid up on all my accounts on Debt review, but my Debt counselours have come back to me stating that I still owe FNB almost R30k???

So they lodge a dspute and tell us it will be 15 working days, so today we call and a lady (Does not sound interested to help at ALL) answers we esxplain what is happening and she just says we are in our TAT of 30 working days to recon the account????

I mean it does not take that long to recon a account does it???

So I ask to speak to a suppervisor and the one is not available because he is suppositly on a call so I request another one and he is aparently on lunch at 15H45 in the afternoon when their working hours on the wesite state they only work till 16H30?

I am in the progress of lodging a complaint with the NCR so maybe they will help???

All I want is help to get my name cleared and everything be set right because if it is not then I must pay my counselors R7500 every month till this is resolved... and Will I then ever see that money again or event the money that I paid more than what is on the court mandate that was accepted by FNB....

Can someone HELP??????

Or should I just go to carte blanche....
