Can someone help me get my money

My cousin send me money from Italy, No one is willing to help me check if the money is in or not, I went to the branch, I was told to open a Global Account while the money is already sent from that side, from Account to Account, I waited for 8 hours to get help, Why should we bank with FNB, they don't care about me as a client
