Can someone attend to my request

I submitted a letter on the 4th of September to: [Email Removed] The letter was to request that FNB decrease the collateral from R2mil to R1.2 on my life cover. I need to decrease my life cover as I have too much cover, but I am unable to do this because FNB is not responding. I have phoned several times, I spoke to [Email Removed] on the 21st of September who promised to attend to this, he has not gotten back to me. This is so frustrating, I am losing money here. Can someone get back to me speedily!!
