Can someone at FNB wake up??

Seriously - I have been sent from pillar to post EVERY SINGLE time I ask for help on the My Service Suite, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I end up having to call some number, which, you got it, just got transferred to another department. Surely you guys train people on more than one area of the business - my kindergardener would be more helpful.
