Can someone ... anyone help me

Been on hold for over half an hour for a consultant - turns out private bankers - are not able to do banking and the service suite isn't able to service clients.

All i need is for someone to contact me to stop debit orders. I mailed the bank the instructions - they confirmed receipt and still the debit orders go off...ands now i cannot find anyone at FNB to stop it
