CAN NOT WITHDRAW MY PAYPAL FUNDS!

I have been trying to get fnb to call me back for close to a month and a half with regards to my PayPal account, all I want to do is transfer my PayPal funds to my fnb account, these some verification on my fnb account that is still pending I have been to 2 branch sunninghill which is useless and woodmead which was way more informative, fnb is such a waste of time
