can not phone the branch!!

I tried to phone my branch as per norm, the old tel ph no dont give you the branch!! Only call centres now! Not acceptable! Then i can just as well use a bank in dark Africa!! We have ONE bank in a 20km radius and most of the Fnb OTM'S is either taken out or broken down!!! How can we help you??? You dont help us anymore, just send us on wild goose chaces, i have been with FNB for ever but i think it is time to move and so does a lot of FNB customers feel in Blouberg and Big Bay!!!
