CAN NOBODY HELP ME FNB!!!! SO SICK OF THIS

I had a revolving credit account that I closed. I paid everything up and went into the bank on a Saturday morning where they informed me that there was more interest to pay in before it could be closed. I paid it in and the lady let me know that the account would be closed by 12 midnight. It was only \closed"on the Monday.<br> I have received no email confirmation of this from FNB.<br> <br> ( Prior to this I called into the call centre requesting the account to be closed and around 20 minutes later and 6 different people"
