Can I have my blood and sweat back. AKA my money

I have an account with FNB and have been trying to get my money out for an extended period of time. I have been pushed from pillar to post and have still not been able to access my funds. I have even been promised my account will unlock in 15minutes and guess what it was not unlocked. I have submitted all documents that FNB wanted and still they never open my account. I have sat hours on calls and at different bank branches but every time they promise me the world and still don't give my funds. This is a tough time with covid and me being unemployed I really need the funds in my account.
