I am sitting on the fence with the bank not knowing where I stand with them. How can we help you - I am not sure, how about actually sticking to what you say and letting the private banker I am supposed to have contact me maybe once a year who knows I might just invest or buy a home but no I am promised a banker and never even received a call, I lodged a complaint and never received a call so yes you are great at digital vibes but you never help so dont bother asking. #WIN
