Can FNB really help you or is it just a mere slogan?

I received a notification from FNB of a subsequent threat of being handed over legally due to my personal loan account being behind in payment, however despite my incredibly difficult financial struggles, I have been paying FNB what I can as agreed upon, every single time I receive my severely reduced salary.

This is outrageous as I've tried despite my dire financial situation since the lock downs, to look after my accounts the best I can. I only earn enough for my groceries and basic necessities for life.

The logical result of this is FNB has once again plunged my Easy account into the negative for at least the 3rd time.

Also they keep adding interest on my credit card account despite informing me that it was supposed to be closed? Thus they are plunging me further and further in debt This action of theirs clearly doesn't take into account the incredibly difficult time period we are in:

Firstly with the lock downs destroying businesses (resulting in businesses having to reduced working hours & salary to survive such as my own) and now with the increases in the price of petrol and the reaction to that in raising of prices in all spheres, where the citizens of South Africa are affected.

I feel that FNB certainly does not, in my opinion; live up to its slogan of "How can we help you?" currently.
