Can FNB provide intelligent client service?
I have had enough of phonecalls with promises of people calling me back without solving the case. I am done with zombies in front of a computer telling me a story about what my profile will allow. I need a manager with the intelligence and the ability to think outside the box in order to combine the interests of the client and the bank. The nonsense stop today and action must kick in. I have had enough!
