can FNB please get their calls together properly?

I tried to call FNB and make arrangements in April prior to Maternity leave I was shipped from pillar to post now the past week 20 + calls per day I tell the same story to everyone and have app**** for FNB life and submitted documents in these 20+ calls a day the call cuts as I answer or they put me on hold and the call cuts and cannot call back it now seems like im avoiding calls but this is actually ridiculous now can 1 person call me and update me as opposed to numerous random calls that cut and low and behold in a few2 minutes another call will come and same thing happens?
