Can FNB please get their act together!!

A few weeks ago I tried to use my business cheque card to pay online and I found out only at that point that my card was not registered for their Visa Secure service. After a LONG run around at their call centre my card was still not activated for online purchases at a third party site. After I complained on Hellopeter they called me and informed me that the issue had been resolved, my Visa-Cesure had been activated. Imagine my irritation now when I try to buy tickets on Ticketpro for an event tomorrow and I find out that my card is still BLOCKED!!

Can they just get their act together? Their customers do not have the time to keep chasing after their staff for them to do things correctly. It is infinitely frustrating to have to go through the same process over and over (via their call centre). CAN SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS HOW TO GET THIS DONE PLEASE HELP ME?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
