Can FNB even be called a BANK?!

I am hesitant to even give FNB that one single star rating for their service. Absolutely horrible. I have an account with this bank (if you can call them that?) I called their customer care yesterday after learning that I could not use my money, seems, if I use my common sense and knowledge, that my account is frozen, "WHY?" - was my question I asked their representative. He was at a loss for words. He could not solve my query nor guide me into a direction that could be helpful. I have heard many negative things about FNB, one of them being that they "***** their customers' money" by freezing accounts with balances for no valid reason, and hold that money unconditionally, without ever removing the hold. Surely this can not be legal? Would love to know what the law says about holds on accounts, as there is absolutely no reason for FNB to keep my hard earned money from me. Can anyone relate?
