Can deposit or transfer into active business account.

I opened a business account over the phone, I was given the account and a card which I can't use its pointless to have an account I can't even deposit money yesterday I tried calling them and those at the business center they just drop the call for almost an hour on hold and they cut the call. I opened an account via telephone and the account was done, a week later a card was delivered unfortunately I have tried to deposit money into the account but it keeps rejecting...

Tried calling to the business managers unfortunately their lines are ever busy and when they get to speak to you it's after an hour holding the call...

Eventually the call get dropped and they never bother to call you back...

Why giving me the account and the card knowing the account is not complete or I won't be able to use...

Can someone fix this so I can either use the account or destroy the card.
