Can anyone fix this and help...

I have been trying to connect Fnb to PayPal. From having to open an account with fnb, to hours of battling to get an online profile, it now gives me an E96(29) access not permitted. I need to get the gofund money ASAP as it is a sponsor/donation for someone that needs it. FNB does not seem user friendly at all. What must I do next to sort this???
