Calls not being answered - Employees aren't helpful or friendly!!

I wanted to stop a debit order through the bank as I am struggling to cancel my contract with Planet Fitness . I have been trying for days to phone the call center and no one answers! I go to the Meadowdale branch to try get help there only to be told they cant help me I have to call the call center (She was not interested in helping me either). I eventually manage to speak to someone because they must have seen that the call was coming from a FNB branch. I heard that the call center employees work from home, which seems to be the problem as they not being monitored so they just not working!!
