Calls getting dropped on clients calling in

I have been trying to g t through to FNB and my calls keep getting dropped , are the agents even reporting that there is something wrong with the phones ? I want to move some money between accounts , I do not have the banking app plus what I need can only be done telephonically . B w given the time and money that I have waisted in getting through I hope that I will get called back by today and my issue resolved today. It really needs to be improved especially in our situation when you cannot afford to go galvanizing to shops , even banks because you want to keep away from people as much as possible. Really you could do better with the calls .I'm very disappointed. That's the main reason I have moved banks from standard bank to FNB because everything is innovative.
