Calls for help

Hi FNB. I have lost my phone and belongings in the UBER or rather let me say an Uber driver stole my phone. Since my phone is gone and the person is using my numbers even on WhatsApp it's been very uncomfortable for me I'm scared for my banking apps and and and . Both my phone and ID Is gone Im now using a new phone . I can't go to your branch without ID. I forgot my logins when trying to install FNB App it keeps sending messages to that lost phone numbers. Also the reason why I can't sim swap and get back my numbers is because that person Is actively using those numbers and my sms's go to him . All my email recovery. SMS. Apps. Passwords reset sms's. My passport online application sms goes to those numbers. Guys , I'm so sad and upset and frustrated. Can't anyone call me and help me with this please. Yho hle
