Calling you is impossible

I recently lost my Cheque card which I was able to cancel on the online banking, however I cannot see an option to request a new card, and when trying to contact you all your numbers cancel my call? Kindly advise a way forward, as contacting you is like finding gold at the end of a rainbow, you just wont.... thanks
