Called the call centre to request for confirmation letter but instead I was kept on hold, transferred, relayed my request again, then transferred again and so it went on for over 5 times. What is so difficult to forward me the confirmation letter, I don’t have cell phone banking or the app, I just need a letter confirming the account with FNB that’s all
