Called Fnb Private clients numerous Times

Called Fnb Private clients numerous Times. Nobody can tell me the name of my private banker who is in charge of my account. Easy way out they always say i must chat on secure chat. 1week later a consultant calls me very rude and unprofessional. I tell her i want to move over to private wealth account as im now in that category she then brushes me off and tells me my income is x amount without confirming whats my income for the last 3/6months she confirms income amounts from a few years ago that is null and void. She then promises to call back at 3pm but hasnt called. Fnb is this what a new private wealth client is to be expecting as grear service???? Also a new business account opened in a day but not activated for a month now. Being charged bank charges but cant transact how pathetic service!!!!!
