Called and held on for ours. No help from FNB.

I've called FNB over 8 times already. They can't assist me with something simple. I have a new phone. I'm trying to add my banking app. Ita asking my to verify from the old phone. I dont have that phone anymore. Simple thing like delinking my old phone they can't assist with. I've called many times. Hold on for a long time and they just cut me off or promise to phone back. No one assists.
